There are delicately oaked notes structured with vanilla, chocolate and fig jam. There are subsequent aromas of mature port, hazelnut and dried fruit, gourmet cocoa and rose jam. On the finish are aromas of subtle jasmine, coffee, chocolate, black tea and plum.
Oak aged in small casks for at least 8 years and finished for 11 months in port casks.
