Succulent and lively, this wine is round and rich in the mouth, with a soft, blackcurrant flavour. This is delicious on its own, or with a wide range of meat and cheeses.

The varieties Rară Neagră and Cabernet Sauvignon lend special aromatic qualities with an intense ruby red look, with expressive personality. Maturation in stainless steel vats with batonage on fine yeast keeps the tannins soft, the wine being well balanced even if it has a complex structure. The fresh character recommends enjoying this assortment as an appetiser, at an ideal temperature of 18 ° C, but the wine goes very well with cheeses or fish dishes. A well structured deep ruby red wine that predominates the taste of Moroccan blackberries with an intense richness and soft tannins.

Clad in a beautiful hue of garnet, this wine has a rich, open bouquet that reveals intense aromas of ripe, concentrated black-berried fruit and elegant oak. The same impression of generous fruit is found on the powerful, rich and chewy palate, which is structured by taut, dense tannins and lingers to a long, ample and spicy finish.

A spicy red from Guigal, one of France’s top wineries, with big bold flavours of dark fruits and an attractive peppery note. The blend of predominantly Syrah grapes with a proportion of Grenache and Mourvèdre lends the wine complexity. This is a wine that would be great partnered with red meats.
The Guigal Estate was founded in 1946 by Etienne Guigal in Ampuis in the Côte-Rôtie appellation and is now on its third generation of winemakers with head winemaker Philippe continuing the family business.

Sicily’s number one red grape variety, Nero d’Avola is indigenous to the island. This wine has a wonderful structure, yet has soft tannins and is very approachable. Packed with red berry fruit flavours, it is ideal with red meat and tomato based pasta sauces.
