Liqueur de Pomme Verte, Massenez

The Massenez green apple liqueur is very faithful to the original fruit.  The freshness of the apples, their sugar and acidity stand out.  A liqueur of exception, recognised for its incomparable flavour.

The nose is full-bodied, expressive and intense.  The aromas and acidity of the fruit clearly stand out.  An intense attack in the mouth, marked by the sugar of the fruit is then compensated by a hint of acidity, typical of the green apple.  The finish is long and leaves a very slight aroma of citrus fruits.

G E Massenez has developed high quality ‘triple concentrated’ fruit crèmes.  Their rich aroma make them very versatile and they can be drunk neat, over ice, in cocktails or poured on ice creams, pastries etc.
