Add to favouritesMoselland Goldschild wines are made from grapes grown in ‘Premier Cru’ vineyards only. Yields are limited and grapes are visually inspected on perfect healthiness prior to pressing. After gentle pressing must are fermented in small, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks without use of cultivated yeasts. After a defined sur-lie storage the wines are only filtered once before bottling.
Enjoy with fish, seafood and light dishes.
