A combination of barrel-fermented (30%) and stainless steel fermented wine. The barrel- fermented portion was made from grapes that were hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed directly into barrels for fermentation with a mix of wild and selected yeast strains to preserve the aromatic fruit flavours from the vineyard. The stainless steel portion was machine harvested and field destemed before being gently pressed into stainless steel tanks for a long cool fermentation with selected yeast strains.

Bright bouquet featuring peach, apple, orange blossom, and grapefruit pith, complemented by subtle vanilla barrel spice, cashew nuts, and underlying buttery notes. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with a satin, creamy texture, lively acidity, and fine wood tannins.
