The 2024 Marlborough vintage delivered low yields of pristine fruit,with warm days, dry conditions, and cool autumn nights creating exceptional flavour development. Harvested at optimal ripeness,the fruit was handled with care to retain purity, while fermentation techniques added subtle texture and weight
