Smell of lychee, ginger, candied citrus peel, fruit caramels appears and ends with a more familiar smell of figs and honey. Taste also has an oily effect due to the residual sugar, fruitiness repeats and the relatively high acidity balances the sugar and still makes it pleasant to drink.
