Doppler Sipon

Sipon aged and fermented on gross lees in 2000L oak barrels for 12 months. Fermented spontaneously. Colour is Light golden yellow with green shades, with aromas of Thyme and additional mineral notes, the palate is full of herbs, vanilla, dry tobacco leaves.

The Doppler wine house stands in the heart of the vineyards, 360 m closer to the sun. At the top of the hill – a gentle breeze and a breathtaking view, spread over the modern cellar, will open your heart well with the best drop.
