Doppler Pet Nat Sparkling Rose

The bottle is closed with a crown cap during the first fermentation resulting in CO2 dissolving in the wine until it is popped. It’s hazy as the dead yeast cells are left inside the bottle which adds lots of texture and savoury notes to the wine.
This Rose Pet Nat from doppler is fresh and delicate, lightly fizzed with lots of ripe red fruits and peach.
