Add to favouritesOne of the best sparklers that I think we have tasted to date. A beautiful middle-golden colour, with an explosion of pineapple, lemon, honeysuckle and green apple on the nose. The palate is similar, with a beautiful balance of pettilant bubbles and a fresh, light mouthfeel.
The Doppler wine house stands in the heart of the vineyards, 360 m closer to the sun. At the top of the hill – a gentle breeze and a breathtaking view, spread over the modern cellar, will open your heart well with the best drop.
