Add to favouritesThe grapes are harvested when they are ripe and completely destemmed; after a pre-fermentation cold maceration, the fermentation takes place under controlled temperature. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged in vats for 12 months.
Brilliant with a deep red colour, intense and complex nose of sweet spices and jammy red fruits (blackberries), smooth and fleshy attack, present but supple tannins, good length in the mouth.
