  • Muscadet de Sevre et Maine Fief de la Brie Sur Lie, August Bonhomme — x 1

Attractive, succulent fruits are balanced by a zingy freshness, creating an easy-drinking, appealing Muscadet.

  • Mâcon-Villages, Château du Charnay AOP — x 1

Château du Charnay is located in the heart of Val Lamartinien in the South of Burgundy, in the village of Sologny, between Mâcon and Cluny.  The 3 hectares 55 of Chardonnay, surrounding the property, produce this Mâcon-Villages.  The hillside vines, facing East/South East, draw their fruity and mineral notes from clay-limestone soils.

This unoaked, dry white wine has a bouquet of citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers, demonstrating the potential of Chardonnay for finesse and complexity.

  • Dopff & Irion Pinot Gris — x 1

This spicy Pinot Gris has a strong bouquet with notes of dried fruits and peaches.  This wine is well-balanced and softly rounded; a ‘gastronomic’ Pinot Gris with enjoyable fruit and body.

  • Touraine Sauvignon, Domaine de la Bergerie — x 1

This dry white wine is wonderfully aromatic combining traces of floral elderflower with ripe greengage and gooseberry.  It is light and lively on the palate, with a supply, harmonious and silky texture.  The finish is zippy, fresh and satisfying.

  • Picpoul De Pinet, Terre D’eole — x 1

Brilliant yellow robe with green tints. Flower nose with notes of hawthorn, acacia, but also citrus fruit. Round and mineral wine in the mouth with a grapefruit finish.

Perfect with shellfish, crustacean, fish or simply as an aperitif with or without blackcurrant or blackberry cream.

  • Icare Chardonnay, Côtes de Thongue — x 1

Alexander discovered his passion for wine in the family vineyard in the 90’s. Willing to go further, he created a company dedicated to Languedoc wines. As a real pioneer and visionary man, Alexander Krossa combines technical and commercial know-how to the service of partner winegrowers. His philosophy: being a professional of foreign customer relationship in controlling technical process, selection and blends with his partners. Located in the heart of the widest vineyard in the world, La cave d’Alignan combines tradition and modernity, first throughout its various terroirs but also with its parcel selection and wine making process. Under Mediterranean climate, the terroir beneficiates of a strong wind coming from the North. This dry wind is a real protection for the vines. Moreover, they take advantage of a favourable exposure and this enables a slow grape maturity.

Grapes come from high maturity plots. Direct pressing on arrival at the cellar and cold settling of the must. Once the alcoholic fermentation has started, the must is transferred into French oak barrels. Daily stirring of the lees and ageing during approximately 12 months.
