This is a cracking Côtes du Rhône. The aroma is crammed full of raspberry and strawberry fruit. On the palate the wine is spicier with firm structure that has a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. A very well made wine.
Seductive and well-balanced with delectably soft tannins. Beneath its intense deep garnet hue, this wine offers an elegant and expressive nose with intense and slightly jammy red fruit aromas. The wine is supple and well-balanced on entry to the palate, with smooth, melted tannins which give it a very attractive and succulent character.
Full of juicy, red fruits this claret is soft and appealing with a lovely elegant balance that makes it very moreish!

With our grapes grown through organic farming, we produced vegan wine. Why vegan? In our red wines, we decided to use bentonite which is a mineral glue. This glue allows the clarification and stabilisation of the wine.
The blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache aged briefly in oak barrels, offers a beautiful length and ripe black fruits aromas.
It goes perfectly with a coral lentil wok, vegan burgers or vegetable samosas.
