Crème de Mûre, Massenez

A cream of blackberry rich in flavours, marked by the intensity of the fruit. An olfactory sweetness faithful to the tasting also very sweet but harmoniously balanced by a touch of acidity, typical of blackberries.  It has a fresh nose, with a nice aromatic power.  A frank attack on the palate, with ripe fruit is revealed.  This sweet flavour is quickly counterbalanced by the natural acidity of the fruit.  This balance gives this cream an incomparable character, scale and flavour.
