• Domaine de Tholomies AOP Minervois La Liviniere — x 1

  This exceptional wine, with an intense deep-dark colour reflection, reveals an ample aromatic palette of peppered vanilla, morello cherry and prune with notes of black olive tapenade.  In the mouth, it is generous, smooth and concentrated, with matured tannins and notes of roasted coffee and dry fig.  Ideal with roasted meats, game or strong cheeses.  With a great aging potential, this wine can also be enjoyed now.

   

   

• Beaune Premier Cru les Epenottes, Domaine Parent — x 1

  A great ruby-burgundy colour with good depth. On the nose it has rich cherry fruit aromas. The palate it dominated by powerful juicy red fruit flavors, a rich mouthfeel, and a big fruity finish.

• Santenay 1er Cru ‘Clos Rousseau’, Domaine Bachey-Legros — x 1

  From perhaps the best 1er Cru in Santenay, this Burgundy has been grown on old vines in limestone rich soils and aged for 14 months. This gives a wine with an excellent combination of softness and structure with a  very intense, and long finish.

• Vosne Romanée, Domaine Jérôme Chezeaux  — x 1

  This example of Vosne Romanée is the symbol of elegance, fleshy and very aromatic, typically displaying aromas of cherry, strawberry. The wines are mellow, with discreet tannins and a light acidity.

   

   

• Château Laroze, Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé — x 1

  Fuller in body than most St Emilions – almost Pomerol-like in its weight and integrated sweet vanilla oak flavours. Medium-bodied with plenty of juicy red fruit flavours and good density weight. Quite a modern style and very easy to enjoy.
