The Laporte family settled in Montagne Saint-Emilion in 1760 and started to work with a few hectares. Today 25 hectares are planted at Tour Bel Air, and Bruno Laporte also has estates in the Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux and Saint-Emilon Grand Cru appellations.

This St Emilion, deep ruby in colour displays fruity cherry notes and hints of menthol and liquorice. It has a fantastic full and long finish.

‘… this has the clovey pomander spice and broad, rich red fruit so typical of a St Émilion satellite merlot, there’s also a crisp edge and a bit of uplift. Very enjoyable drinking.
