Brighton Gin

”Here at Brighton’s first (legal) distillery we produce our award-winning gin in small batches using 100% British organic wheat grain spirit and botanicals including juniper, the peel of fresh oranges and limes, locally-grown coriander see and milk thistle, indigenous to the South Downs and well-known for its liver-cleansing properties.

Each bottle is filled, waxed and labelled by hand, the colour we use being that of Brighton’s distinctive seafront railings – Brighton Seafront Blue.  Our gin is smooth enough to sip neat over ice or drink as a classic G&T with your favourite tonic, ice and a slice or orange, the better to reveal its delightful citrus notes.”
