A small part of the crop goes through the process of thermovinification to rapidly extract all the colour, aromas and tannins. The other part follows a traditional wine making process, the wine is blended by our experts then the blend is matured in vats for 5 months before bottling.
Intense bouquet of blackcurrant bud and raspberry aromas combined to peppery hints best describe this concentrated and savoury red.
