Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE for orders over £180. Orders under this attract a flat £9.99 charge. We aim to send all orders received by 12pm Monday – Thursday on a next day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays) subject to product availability. Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be sent for a Tuesday delivery. If any product is not available in stock for next day delivery, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss replacement or estimated delivery date.

*For areas classed as ‘remote’ by our courier service, these will incur a separate additional cost.

If you live within our local delivery area, FREE delivery is available for orders over £74.99. Orders under this attract a flat rate charge of £4.99. Please select the local delivery option at the point of checkout. We will contact you to let you know when your delivery will be made and by which driver. We aim to deliver within 5 working days – subject to stock availability. We will always contact you if there is going to be any delay or if there are any wines unavailable so that we can discuss your preferred option.

Cellar Door collection

FREE collection We love to meet our customers and share our passion so if you are local, why not come and meet us and collect your wine from the cellar door. Please select this option at check out and we will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready for collection. Please ensure you have your payment card and a copy of your order (either a paper or electronic copy) when collecting so that we can check it against your order.
